Returns & Refunds

Positive Dog Products will return, refund or replace any item that is found to have a manufacturing fault. We do not replace items that have been damaged or destroyed by humans, dogs or damaged during delivery. Please ensure you read the products information to ensure the item is suitable for your dog before purchasing.

Goods can be returned provided the packaging, tags and the product itself is in the original condition. There is and postage and handling fee of $13.00, payable prior to refunds being given.  Goods cannot be returned if they have been used. You will be responsible for postage and handling.

Returns will need

• Original proof of purchase 
• Invoice number
• Name and address

If you are returning an item we strongly recommend that you use registered post.
